Early access testing benefits
Contributing to early access testing is a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of tinnitus sound therapy. As an early participant, your feedback directly influences feature refinement, audio optimisation, and overall user experience before public release. You gain insight into emerging technology such as AuralMesh™ and AuralVeil™ while helping ensure the platform is clinically responsible, technically robust, and genuinely effective for real-world users.
Expectations
A tester participates in structured evaluation of the TinnitusEase™ platform by downloading the app on their chosen device, completing guided setup steps, configuring their audiogram, generating therapy sessions and using the app so that they can provide clear, honest feedback on performance and usability. This may include responding to short questionnaires, reporting technical issues, commenting on audio perception and comfort, assessing interface clarity and suggesting improvements. Testers will follow defined testing objectives to help validate functionality, utilise our refined frequency shaping and masking behaviour and ensure the overall experience is stable, safe, and effective prior to wider release.

Helping us improve lives
Structured testing allows us to refine every element of TinnitusEase™ with real-world insight. By evaluating therapy comfort, frequency shaping accuracy, usability and stability before public release, testers help ensure the platform is safe, effective, and genuinely supportive for people living with tinnitus. Each report, suggestion, and observation contributes to measurable improvements—bringing us closer to delivering a reliable, accessible sound therapy experience that can positively impact daily life.
